Mandy Houghman serves with Power to Change in the university arm of the mission. Mandy currently serves at the University of Guelph with P2C-Students and graduated from the University of Ottawa. She loves the adventure of new things and is especially passionate about sharing her faith overseas on mission trips, helping the nations discover Jesus. In her spare time, you can find her learning new sports, cooking, meeting new friends, and hanging out with her husband Brian and cat Biscuit.


Mandy Hougham lives in Guelph and graduated from University of Ottawa in 2009.

Mandy grew up at Fair Havens Community Church and was called during her studies in Ottawa to serve with Power to Change


Kelly Souffer serves with Urban Promise in Toronto. Her role is that of COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Kelly's background as an athlete led her into sports ministry and eventually to Urban Promise in 2005. Nowadays Kelly is widely known as ‘Mama Kells’ among youth in the Warden Woods community. Kelly has special giftedness in making people laugh, and creating music video spoofs.

Kelly also grew up through Fair Havens Community Church.

Gary and Betty Stevenson. Gary is the BC Training & Internship Coordinator with Frontiers, an organization that is committed to sharing the gospel message with Muslims (who represent 23% of the world’s population). 











Tony & Clara Vanderlaan

Avant Ministries Canada


Tony is the Regional Mobilization Coordinator for Avant Canada, recruiting new missionaries in Ontario and the eastern provinces. He is also the Development Coach for Avant International.
